Designers / Art Directors (Freelance)
Gensamer & Company is currently looking for Freelance Designers / Art Directors to be added to its creative roster to work on project based Direct Marketing jobs as they come in from clients.
Responsibilities include the creation of Direct Mail packages, print advertising, marketing collateral, presentation design, layout and design of custom advertising.
Must have an excellent portfolio that can be viewed online or in PDF
Expert level ability in the Adobe Design Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as PowerPoint and Keynote. Additional skills in Dreamweaver, HTML and Flash a plus.
Must have a 4-year degree from leading Graphic Design program with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience out of school.

An understanding of branding and targeted messaging preferred. Applicant will be responsible for all aspects of copy for clients in the financial services sector, and will report to the President of the agency.
Versatile writing skills,a collaborative attitude and meticulous attention to detail are a must. Responsibilities include maintaining tone for specific campaigns, executing feedback quickly, adhering to tight deadlines and foreseeing copy needs.
