At Gensamer & Company Marketing Communications, LLC we believe that diversity is important at our firm. That’s why we looked to see what large corporations across a variety of industries are doing for their employees in this regards. Management found one particular diversity statement that we felt closely mirrors our beliefs, and we reached out to that company and requested to use it with some minor modifications.
